Return Window
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.
• Returns must include all original packaging.
• Returns are not available on final sale or clearance items.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Used, damaged, or customized products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method within 12-14 business days. Refunds will not include initial or return shipping costs.
